Schnitzer West turned to Hydrogen for help in launching M5, a 38-story, 750,000-square-foot, Class A commercial development in the heart of Seattle’s often-overlooked central business district. We created a video to bring M5 and a newly revitalized downtown Seattle to life in the minds of commercial real estate brokers and potential leaseholders.
